This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy to support clients in their recovery journey. This role is crucial in supporting clients on their journey to recovery, offering guidance, support, and crisis management as needed. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse recovery. Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting a supportive environment for sharing experiences. Implement crisis management strategies to assist clients in high-stress situations. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications Education:

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field

Experience:

Knowledge of behavioral health counseling or related clinical settings.

Confidentiality:

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Monday-Friday full-time.
