Is currently accepting resumes for a full-time correctional co-occurring disorder therapist. This position is located in the Clinton County Correctional Facility. Qualified applicants should have experience providing mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring services. Applicants should be able to work independently without constant clinical supervision, possess strong time management skills to complete daily clinical duties, and be able to communicate effectively with jail and medical staff. Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in human services with counseling experience. Masters, License, LCSW and/or CADC preferred. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with co-occurring disorders. Provide behavioral therapy and counseling services, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the corrections facility to ensure holistic patient care. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, while providing crisis intervention when needed. Provide individual and group therapy.

$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
