Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling is required.
At least one year experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting required.
Licensure or certification will need to be achieved within two to three (2 – 3) years of hire, depending on requirements is required.
Actively working towards a credential through PCB (i.e., CAAC, CADC, CAADC, CCS), or be actively working toward licensure or certification is preferred.

You will maintain a manageable caseload, conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and ensuring clients receive the support and resources needed to sustain their recovery goals.
