Our work involves providing an array of counseling and treatmentservices to 43000 youth annually with severe emotional andbehavioral problems.

Eighty-four percent of those who go throughtreatment are succeeding two years after leaving our program. Theseyouth are living at home, remaining in school, and are notexperiencing trouble with the law.

You can be considered for this positionif you meet the following qualifications:

Masters degree in socialservices field is preferred, Bachelor’s degree in social servicesfield is required; degrees that can be considered include: socialwork, drug and alcohol education or counseling, psychology,criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and familytherapy. Other degrees will have to be evaluated further todetermine if they meet the qualifications.

Experience working withat-risk youth and/or families in a volunteer, internship, or paidposition; clinical experience is preferredWillingness/desire tomaintain an untraditional scheduleStrong writing skills andexperience with electronic documentationAcceptable driving record-Two or fewer moving violations within the past 36 monthsHow willyou invest in me?
