Child and Adolescent Counselor Willow Creek Counseling Associates, PLLC 500 North Ennis Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 At our thriving private practice, we believe that therapy can be both meaningful and joyful—for our clients and our clinicians. What You’ll Do:
Provide individual therapy to children, teens, and—if you’d like—adults and couples, too. Use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based techniques (we’re big believers in play therapy!). Partner with parents and caregivers to create a strong, consistent support system. Create treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. Be a collaborative part of a team that values openness, warmth, and mutual support.

What We’re Looking For:
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or associate-level) Experience or interest in working with children and families Strong communication and collaboration skills A willingness to grow—and maybe even play with puppets, paint, or a sand tray!
Compensation:
$50,000
- $65,520/year (based on experience and licensure)
