The Awake Overnight Counselor works hands-on in a residential setting, providing support and guidance during critical overnight hours. This role is for people who care deeply about youth and believe in second chances.

Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring safety of youth on the overnight shift
Providing supportive counseling and daily living skills
Transporting youth to/from school, appointments, and activities
Completing documentation that supports and protects our youth
????
Qualifications:
Hold a high school diploma or GED
Have 6 months to 1 year of experience working with youth (13-17)
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Are organized, motivated, and willing to work nights, weekends & holidays
Know your way around Microsoft Office

Training & Support:
PAID orientation before you start
Ongoing PAID training outside normal work hours
