Job Description
Intensive In-Home Counselor (experience with children) LDK Counseling, LLC Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 We are looking to hire IIC (Intensive In Community) Therapists (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC). You must have (or applied for) an LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our solid team of professionals providing behavioral health counseling services to youth and families. LDK Counseling is a well-established agency and has been providing in home counseling services in Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset Counties since 2006. Employees must be willing and able to travel/work in one or all locations (working in all 3 is not required). Currently we are offering a sign on bonus of a $1500. These are employed positions (not contracted, not 1099, ALL employee taxes are paid by company) with flexible schedules, working part time (8-10 hours/week) or full time (30-40 hours/week). Benefits included holiday pay, pay for paperwork and meetings, mileage reimbursement , earned sick time, biweekly payroll, quarterly taxes paid, paid supervision , workers compensation insurance, professional liability insurance provided, employee referral program. Additional benefits (available after 90 days) for full time work include health insurance, paid time off (pto), paid travel time and annual bonus. IIC’s will work in the community by conducting regularly scheduled therapeutic sessions in the home of youth and families, LAC and LSW are provided supervision as part of their employment (as they are working towards their
LPC/LCSW
). IIC’s will conduct session intakes, write treatment plans, provide counseling sessions and document progress.
