We are seeking a Bachelor’s Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program , which provides intensive, community-based support to families in need. Our team receives comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy , leading to certification and equipping you with the skills to drive meaningful change. What You’ll Do As a Family Counselor , you will: Work directly with families to address children’s mental health needs and provide therapeutic support. Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a resilient support system at home. Partner with a Master’s-level Mental Health Professional to provide services to up to 8 families at a time. Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance your clinical skills.
