Youth Counselor Compensation:

Youth Counselors help our kids:
Develop positive relationships Learn to cope with loss and/or emotional issues Develop valuable life skills Receive needed support through treatment Other Youth Counselor experiences: Participate in collaborative team meetings Develop and run therapeutic peer groups Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more
Youth Counselor Schedule:
2nd shift schedule options Consistent, consecutive days on and off 5-day schedule
Youth Counselor Requirements:
Must be 21 or older Must have patience, sensitivity, and effective communication skills Ability to respectfully interact with and influence kids Ability to obtain required clearances
Youth Counselor Qualifications:
