Summer Camp Counselor Limitless Pediatric Solutions Walterboro, SC 29488 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an enriching summer experience. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. You will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring the well-being of campers while fostering their personal growth and development. Duties Supervise and engage with the children in various activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and indoor adventures. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among campers. Provide first aid and emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety of all participants. Assist in planning and facilitating educational programs that align with camp goals. Foster a supportive atmosphere by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding camper progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a cohesive team environment focused on camper success. Qualifications Experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred; previous camp experience is a plus. Skills in first aid and CPR certification are highly desirable.
