We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is able to follow clear instructions, is comfortable around animals, and is able to work independently while listening to instructions. The Kennel Assistant will work directly with the day-to-day care of animals. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in an animal-related environment and the successful candidate will possess the ability to learn quickly, a strong work ethic, and will be comfortable working with both people and animals.

Responsibilities:

Work with a variety of animals. Be in contact with animal waste and dirt. Conduct regular pet visits. Dog feedings. Administer medications as needed. Give going home baths. Respond to customer inquiries. Keep kennel clean and neat. Work under pressure.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$15.50 – $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

Schedule:

Evening shift Holidays Morning shift Weekends as needed
