Codes Enforcement Officer Position Available In York, Pennsylvania

This is a full time position, Monday — Friday 8:00 am. — 4:30 pm. It shall be the duty of the Codes Enforcement Officer to enforce all of the ordinances and/or rules and regulations duly enacted by the Red Lion Borough. The Codes Enforcement Officer has the duty and the authority to institute prosecutions for violations of said ordinances and/or rules and regulations in a court of competent jurisdiction. Code Enforcement Officer works to the prevent, detect, investigate and enforce violations of ordinances regulating public health, safety, and welfare. Minimum of High School Graduate and computer literate. Prefer management background; code enforcement experience desired; detail-oriented and organizational skills are a must with excellent people skills.
