⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Quick Local Counsel Opportunity – $2,000 Flat Fee (Atlanta) Coleman PLLC ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $1,000 Per Case and we need to file 2 cases ASAP employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Local Counsel Opportunity My firm is looking for local counsel to file a TCPA case (Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases) in the Northern District of Georgia (Federal Court). We are looking to pay a flat fee of $1,000 for each case we file. We currently need 2 cases filed as soon as possible. We will be the named lead lawyers and handle the day-to-day activity in the case but need local counsel to file the initial complaint and to stay abreast of the case. We mostly need you to review the complaint, file it, and approve our pro hac vice motion so we can get into the case and take care of the day-to-day litigation in the case. You will likely not to have physically show up at any time. You must be licensed in the Northern District of Georgia (Federal court).
