Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is looking for a dynamic andenthusiastic team member to join us to save lives Our mission atTDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we wantprofessionals on our team that will embrace this important work Wewant people to join our team in the role of Tissue RecoverySupervisor On Call with previous experience evaluating TissueRecovery donor eligibility, processor criteria, and coordinatingcase activity. The ideal candidate will be located within 50 milesof our Nashville facility and will work a hybrid schedule.

For over fourdecades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end thetransplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows fornationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organsand tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recoveryorganizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services,and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of lifethrough the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra DonorServices Eye Bank. Our performance is measured by the way we servedonor families and recipients. Key responsibilities this positionwill perform include: 1. Screens tissue donor referrals andconsented donors to ensure medical/regulatory suitability. 2.Reviews medical/social history of donors to establish donoreligibility. 3. Works with coroner/medical examiner to obtainrelease for donation. 4. Coordinates donor logistics. 5. Providesonsite support for recovery activities. 1. Other duties asassigned. Schedule This position will work 12-hour night shifts
- and will work 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week.
Theideal candidate will have:
