Secure Detention Camp – Onsite (3-4 weeks on / 1-2 weeks off)
Compensation:
$3,180/week –
Food & Housing Provided Overview:
Keep the machine running. The Assistant Warden supports day-to-day operations, supervises staff, and ensures smooth logistics. You’ll live onsite during rotations, with housing and meals covered. This role is ideal for someone who’s operationally sharp and calm under pressure.
Key Duties:
Manage shift schedules, team coverage, and daily ops Supervise frontline supervisors and troubleshoot issues Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting Step in for the Warden as needed Maintain order, discipline, and efficiency on the ground
