Responsibilities Monitor inmate activities and conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with regulations. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and security within the facility. Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies promptly and effectively. Prepare detailed reports on inmate behavior, incidents, and daily activities. Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and monitoring of facility areas. Conduct searches of inmates, their belongings, and common areas for contraband. Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong conflict management abilities to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Proficient in operating CCTV systems for surveillance purposes. Excellent report writing skills to document incidents accurately. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred. Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Ability to maintain composure under pressure while making sound decisions.
