SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for maintenance and corrections to customer accounts in the computer system.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

: Respond to and resolve daily correction emails received from various branches, typically ranging from 200 to 300 emails per day. Investigate discrepancies in the Repay remit report related to debit processing and make necessary corrections. Monitor and generate reports on the status of TLOS (Total Loan Origination System). Address and resolve Positive Pay exceptions as they arise. Handle incoming phone calls from banks to verify the authenticity of loan checks. Oversee and manage the processing of UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings. Upload check images for Trustmark. Validate End of Month (EOM) and charge-off reports for accuracy. Rectify errors related to mail loan processing. Process and manage incoming mail received from the Post Office.
