Job Purpose:
As a Court Liaison at Aspire Health Partners, your jobpurpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions inorder to properly evaluate patients to determine appropriate StateHospital placement. Job Functions Preparing transfer evaluation for court as prescribed by theBaker Act Law for proper signature Monitoring admission process and all that it entails Monitoring exparte orders Preparing and filing all petitions for involuntary placement,monitoring for change of status and notifying court via correctCF-MF form Attending Baker Act hearings twice weekly Locating and training guardian advocates Processing proper form in timely manner prior to court date anddelivering daily CF-MF forms to Orange County Courthouse Most importantly, all functions must be completed whilemaintaining high standards of ethical and professional conductwhile adhering to agency policies and procedures Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n) Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license recordin accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspireinsurance company as described in the AHP Corporate TransportationPolicy 3.9.1 Master’s degree Required All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: We are committed to providing our employees with the support theyneed.
