• $145,000/year DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Journeyman Operator II
• LIMA role, you will perform 24/7 operational support to the government by tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and active geolocation technique available.

, Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

No minimal years of experience are required. However, the candidate must have operational experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction-finding operations within the last Five (5) years with an intelligence customer or Service Cryptologic Element.

The candidate must also have:

1. Performance at skill level 2 in audio translation (per the ILR Audio Translation skill level description) from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English. 2. Equivalent of Four (4) years full-time combined cryptologic language processing, related language, and/or related cryptologic experience. a. Performance of the following tasks constitutes acceptable cryptologic language processing experience within cryptologic operations i. Scanning and sorting/categorizing foreign language materials ii. Recovering essential elements of information iii. Producing and performing quality control of gists, translations, and transcripts iv. Compiling and updating operational working aids and databases v. Drafting Intelligence reports b. Performance of the following tasks constitutes acceptable related language experience: i. Oral interpretation (from the required language and vice versa) ii. Written translation (from the required language and vice versa) iii. Audio translation (from the required language and vice versa) iv. Audio transcription in the required language v. Document exploitation that involves gisting/translation (from the required language and vice versa) vi. Teaching the required language c. Performance of the following tasks constitutes acceptable related cryptologic experience within cryptologic operations: i. Target development ii. Network analysis iii. Speaker identification iv. Language identification v. Document exploitation that involves sorting/categorizing/language identification 3.

Must provide the following languages:
