Responsibilities:

• Attend and stenographically capture verbatim records of legal proceedings in person
• Produce certified transcripts in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage exhibits and perform readbacks as requested
• Uphold confidentiality and impartiality at all times
• Maintain professionalism when working with attorneys, witnesses, and court personnel
• Deliver files through secure systems and adhere to company formatting standards

• Requirements:

• Active Court Reporter License or Certification (CSR, RPR, or state-specific equivalent
• Reliable transportation to cover local proceedings
• Proficiency with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and command of legal terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and attire
