Typical work assignments will include:
Review and analyze da such as telephone, email, social media, and financial records. Conduct interviews of victims, witnesses, and subjects. Testify in grand jury, trial, and other court proceedings as to facts and to explain in detail how evidence was obtained and interpreted. Apprehend and arrest persons violing U.S. laws and conduct searches and seizures to arrest when approprie or by warrant. Provide advice and assistance to assigned Assistant United Stes Attorneys (AUSAs) during investigions and prosecutions. Responsibilities will increase and assignments come more complex as your training and experience progress. Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or Nional. TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible.

Conditions of Employment Physical Requirements:
The duties of positions in this series require modere to arduous physical exertion involving walking and standing, use of firearms, and exposure to inclement weher. Manual dexterity with comparively free motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, and knee joints is required.
