Role Summary :

The Study Hall Monitor supervises students during study hall periods to ensure a quiet, respectful, and productive environment. They demonstrate a strong Christian character, are committed to supporting the school’s mission, and are comfortable working with students in a firm yet encouraging manner. •Please note this position is a 2 day/week role. May be combined with other part time opportunities.•Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and monitor students assigned to study hall. Maintain a quiet and orderly environment conducive to academic work. Take attendance and report absences or behavioral concerns to the appropriate administrator. Enforce school rules and policies consistently and respectfully. Support students in staying on task with their assignments or reading. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, reflecting Christian values in all interactions. Serve as a positive Christian role model through words and actions. Dean of Academics Qualifications :

Review and affirm, without reservation to the Core Statements adopted by CCA include the CCA Mission, Vision, Core Values, Community Life Statement, Statement of Faith, Philosophy of Christian Education, School-wide Learning Outcomes, and Instructional Values. High school diploma or equivalent qualification, Prior experience working with middle or high school students is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependability, patience, and calmness under pressure.
