School Crossing Guard Position Available In Washington, New York

School Crossing Guard Town of Kingsbury Kingsbury, NY 12839 Ensure the safety of students and families by providing traffic control and supervised road crossing assistance during school arrival and dismissal times. This position follows the academic calendar and operates Monday through Friday.

Schedule:

Morning Shift:

7:00 AM – 10:00

AM Afternoon Shift:

2:00 PM – 3:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic to maintain a safe and orderly drop-off and pick-up environment. Assist students in safely crossing streets near the school. Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents to school administration. Adhere to all school safety protocols and traffic regulations. Maintain visibility and alertness throughout shift hours.
