In School Suspension Monitor 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 801 North Richmond Street, Fleetwood, PA 19522 PARAPROFESSIONAL In-School Suspension Middle School Full-time The In-School Suspension Paraprofessional supervises students assigned to in-school suspension providing the necessary direction and assistance to ensure compliance with in-school suspension rules and completion of assigned work. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Experience working directly with students of all ages Must pass all background checks Directly supervise students assigned to In-School Suspension/Restorative Practices throughout the school day. Directly supervise students as they are working on assignments given to them by their classroom teachers. Work directly with the administration and teachers. Help supervise other classes/areas of the building when no students are assigned to in-school suspension. Demonstrates reliability by consistently reporting to work on time and maintaining regular attendance. Ability to work with students in a classroom, small group, and one on one environment. Ability to deal calmly with students who are uncooperative or upset. Ability to recognize, respect, and maintain the confidentiality of issues, records, and information. Demonstrated interest in the well-being of every student. Ability to communicate effectively; orally, in writing. Clerical, organizational, or interpersonal skills as specifically required.

PAY RATE

$15.02 – $16.45 based on education
