Job Description

Join our client’s team as a Document Management Processor, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate routing of documents that impact a variety of departments. This is an in-office role, offering a chance to grow your skills in document management and processing.

Compensation:

$20/hr This is a contract position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing various incoming documents, including faxes, emails, mail, and checks for initial premiums.
Using multiple systems to research, classify, and route documents to the correct team or department.
Managing document workflow under strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Assisting in maintaining accurate document records and processing logs.
Supporting the document management team with general administrative tasks. What You’ll Need to be

Considered:

1-2 years of office experience with data entry duties.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook for data tracking and communication.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform repetitive sit/stand tasks. How To Apply
