RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizes, controls, and maintains all corporate controlled documents pertaining to quality assurance, manufacturing, and ancillary departments relevant to the quality, safety, or efficacy of products manufactured and distributed by the company Conducts the final review of documents including assuring proper approvals, final review for notes, comments, and accuracy, releasing the document for training, assigning the effective date, and promoting the document from draft to the final current version Creates master files, electronic files, and archive files for all controlled documents Prioritizes multiple document tasks according to business need with a high level of accuracy Accurately maintains records in a neat, organized, logical method Carefully adheres to standard operating procedures and established protocols Types a minimum of 55 correct words per minute (cwpm) Works in a team environment, participates in team meetings, exhibits a positive work attitude, and respects fellow employees Works closely with users to ensure on time and compliant release of documents with a high level of customer service Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 0-2 years of clerical experience in a document-controlled environment Certification N/A Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Professional Typing Data Entry and Transcription Travel

Physical Requirement Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
