Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). 7. Experience with ERP or EDMS systems (e.g., MasterControl, Veeva, or similar). 8. Familiarity with nutraceutical-specific regulations and product documentation. 9. Certification in Document Control or Quality Systems is a plus. Responsibilities of position 1. Maintain and administer the document control system for controlled documents, including SOPs, batch records, specifications, MSDS, and quality manuals. 2. Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived according to company policy and regulatory requirements. 3. Track document revisions and maintain revision histories to ensure version control. 4. Assist in the creation and formatting of documents to comply with company standards. 5. Coordinate with departments (QA, R D, Manufacturing) to ensure timely updates and distribution of controlled documents. 6. Conduct periodic audits of documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity. 7. Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation. 8. Train employees on document control procedures and use of electronic document management systems (EDMS). 9. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the document management process.
