Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for a Regulatory Control Specialist. This Regulatory Control Specialist role is paying $32.14/hr and is a temp to hire, remote job. The Regulatory Control Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining control frameworks designed to manage regulatory, monitoring, surveillance, employee compliance, transaction monitoring and client screening. The Regulatory Control Specialist duties include:

• Implementing the global or regional strategy to establish and maintain the control frameworks designed to manage regulatory, monitoring, surveillance, employee compliance, transaction monitoring and client screening.
• Ensuring operational discipline combined with regulatory risk awareness & investigative skills and warrants that workflows are governed by established policies, clearly defined processes, and escalation points.
• Controls Testing & Assurance (CT&A), which tests effectiveness of Key Controls and Risk Management Frameworks related to Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Types.
• Provides Quality Assurance (QA)/Monitoring for certain financial crime risk related processes.

The Regulatory Control Specialist has KYC experience and is comfortable using MS Office. BA degree is required. The pay rate for the Regulatory Control Specialist is $32.14/hr.
