DESCRIPTION

The Document Control Specialist is a key player in our day-to-day operations. Paramount is looking for a reliable, organized, and time-management skilled individual to join our team. In this position, you will work alongside consultants, engineers, architects, and other construction industry professionals to maintain, follow-up, assign tasks, and overall direct the flow of information to our internal staff and clients.

RESPONSABILITIES

As a Document Control Specialist your job duties include but are not limited to, maintain, and organize internal server and project related documentation for our team. You will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming department correspondence and re-direct, create, and follow up on issued proposals and client inquiries. Additionally, associate will also be responsible for auditing and reviewing employee timesheets and corelating billing information with customer’s billing statements to improve accuracy and timely processing. Document Control Specialist Associate will also monitor project’s budgets on a weekly basis and report status to supervisory team.

  • Create and follow-up on issues department proposals and client service inquiries.
  • Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints from clients’ databases and keep organize and updated in both company internal servers and client’s assigned accounts.
  • Handle project’s budgeting records across forensic department.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.
  • Establish and maintain tasks and scheduled assignment according to established timelines.
  • Coordinate with department supervisor tasks and assignments for forensic consulting staff.
  • Monitor and report project’s budget status on a weekly basis.
  • Improve and monitor accuracy of client’s billings and coordinate with department manager for corrections and modifications. SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology
  • Computer proficiency required with MS Suite
  • Solid reading and comprehension skills
  • Bilingual, English, and Spanish preferred
