The Role:
The Process Documentation and Training Coordinator role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and organizing internal documentation related to operational procedures and system usage. The specialist will also lead employee training efforts to ensure team members are well-equipped to use company systems and follow established processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage comprehensive documentation of system procedures, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of documented processes. Design and deliver training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) for new hires and existing staff on system usage and internal procedures. Maintain an organized and easily accessible knowledge base or documentation repository. Gather feedback from trainees and department leads to continuously improve training and documentation effectiveness. Monitor system updates and process changes to ensure timely updates to relevant materials. Support audits and quality assurance efforts through accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in training, documentation, knowledge management, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience developing and facilitating training sessions or workshops. Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly content. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
