4-6 Years Experience Job Description As a BIM Support for customer, candidate should work closely with customer to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables. It involves quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of Scan to BIM models, coordinating with vendors, and submitting final models to customer. Candidate should provide rendering support, documentation, and participate in project meetings with various teams. Conduct QA/QC on Scan to BIM models created by external vendors. Submit final BIM models to customer Design team for project integration. Create families (if needed) and set up base project files for multiple sites. Review all received inputs to ensure accurate As-Built Scan to BIM modeling. Process and align point cloud data to match project coordinates. Support rendering tasks and generate visualizations as needed. Assist in documentation and coordination with customer’s teams. Participate in project meetings, providing insights on BIM workflows and deliverables Expectation from

Candidate:

B. Arch or B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering Should have worked on scan2bim Projects atleast 3+ years using Recap & Revit Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. BIM Modeling & Coordination QA/QC for Scan to BIM Point Cloud Processing & Alignment Family Creation & Project Setup 3

D Rendering & Visualization Documentation & Collaboration Skillset:

Scan2bim projects, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Recap, Lumion and Navisworks.
