Job Description
Customer Service and Documentation Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Cartersville, GA 30121 We’re hiring a detail-driven manager to lead customer service and documentation processes across domestic and international operations. You’ll oversee a global support team, handle order tracking, documentation accuracy, and work closely with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Manage documentation workflows, team performance, and order accuracy Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors Coordinate with cross-functional teams on shipments, invoices, and payments Train and lead documentation support staff
What You’ll Need:
5+ years in customer service or operations; 2+ years in management Experience in plastics, petrochemical, logistics or manufacturing required Strong ERP & Excel skills Organized, proactive, and great with people Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

$45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
