The Document Imaging Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Document Imaging Department. This position is responsible for managing a team tasked with receiving, processing, and archiving documents across the organization into the Laserfiche repository. The Supervisor ensures that departmental workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards, while supporting interdepartmental coordination and system improvements. Essential Duties Staff Supervision Supervise and support daily team operations to ensure productivity and quality standards. Train and cross-train staff in document imaging procedures and Laserfiche system use. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback. Operational Oversight Manage the intake, scanning, indexing, and archiving of documents from all departments. Ensure timely, accurate, and secure entry of records into the Laserfiche repository. Monitor and enhance workflow processes, leveraging technology to reduce manual efforts. Interdepartmental Collaboration Serve as primary liaison between the Document Imaging Department and other departments. Facilitate document handoff processes and resolve submission or archival issues. Support the development of standardized procedures for document imaging across departments. Process Improvement and System Utilization Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Stay current with Laserfiche software updates and integrate enhancements into departmental practices. Compliance and General Duties Ensure departmental procedures align with internal policies and external regulations. Report suspected consumer abuse or neglect in accordance with DPPC guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
