  • Ensure timely updates of manuals and documents following internal changes, regulatory updates, or audit findings
  • Maintain accurate records and revision histories for all technical publications
  • Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to gather technical input and ensure procedural accuracy
  • Manage internal documentation library and control access to current versions of manuals and forms
  • Ensure all publications are FAA-auditable, traceable, and version-controlled
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting required documentation
  • Monitor regulatory changes (FAA, EASA, etc.) and recommend or implement updates to publications as needed
  • All other duties assigned Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Technical Writing, Quality, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in technical publications, preferably in an FAA-certified repair station or MRO environment
  • Working knowledge of FAA Part 145 and aviation documentation requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9110, or other quality system standards a plus
  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple documentation projects with accuracy and deadlines in mind Preferred Skills
  • Experience with document control software (e.g., SharePoint, MasterControl, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ATA Spec 100/iSpec 2200 or other technical writing standards
  • Familiarity with auditing practices and FAA certification processesur application!
