Morrisville, NC What You’ll Do Quality Management:

Understand and follow MPG Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and Corporate Objectives while ensuring quality workmanship in all duties

Non-Conformance Analysis:

Review documented reports of internal and supplier non-conformances and actively assist multiple departments with root cause investigations

Corrective Action Support:

Assist with development and implementation of corrective and preventative actions in response to non-conformances, including follow-up verification of effectiveness

Disposition Monitoring:

Track disposition actions such as scrap and reprint to ensure completeness and proper documentation per Quality Management System requirements

Calibration Coordination:

Coordinate equipment calibration activities with the maintenance department and work closely with employees on calibration inquiries and intervals

Calibration Management:

Track calibration records (in-house and external services), update logs, and attend calibration activities to ensure policy compliance

Document Control:

Assist with Quality Management System document updating, control of revisions, and maintenance of the

Document Control System Documentation Creation:

Create, maintain, control, and communicate Quality System documents while gathering and reviewing physical evidence for electronic filing

CAR Administration:

Assist with Corrective Action Request assignments, documentation, and facilitate Root Cause Analysis meetings

Process Improvement:

Support departmental Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) implementation and participate in process mapping investigations

Stakeholder Representation:

Participate in company and customer meetings representing the Quality Systems department as needed

What You’ll Bring Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Quality Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an ISO environment

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with intranet and management information systems (MIS) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) Experience with Adobe Acrobat software Ability to perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Professional Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Clear oral and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Compliance Knowledge:

Understanding of quality, safety, and work rules and regulations Familiarity with ISO requirements and quality management principles Knowledge of calibration systems and document control processes
