Location:
Princeton, NJ (fully onsite) Role Overview As a Marketing Documentation Specialist, you will lead the electronic data management system and serve as the subject matter expert for the Enterprise Ad Promo and Non-Promo process. You will ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality review and approval of advertising and promotional materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, legal, and quality teams to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve content quality. Operate independently in a fast-paced environment, supporting digital transformation initiatives. Day in the Life
- Oversee Ad Promo and Non-Promo review process within EDMS.
- Manage user access, role assignments, and system configurations.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits.
- Collect and analyze metrics for process improvement.
- Update training materials and conduct refresher sessions. Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Regulatory, Quality, or related field.
- 3-5 years managing quality electronic document control systems.
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, Pepper Flow, or Ensur.
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
- Experience in compliance-driven environments.
