In this role, the qualified professional will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in client chart audits and maintaining accurate client outreach records.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality assurance audits on client charts across multiple systems with high attention to detail Document and enter notes for all client outreach activities accurately in databases Prepare Excel reports for clients requiring outreach efforts Obtain and verify client contact information in preparation for outreach activities Communicate effectively by phone, email, and verbally to support outreach processes

Qualifications:

2+ years of related work experience Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable creating spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and auditing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
