We’re looking for a highly organized Documentation Specialist to join our team in Bradford, PA. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and delivering comprehensive documentation packages that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with departments across the organization to ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation for each project. Key Responsibilities Review customer specifications and ensure all documentation complies with requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams for timely document completion. Participate in daily production meetings to align documentation priorities. Review and approve documents for completeness, accuracy, and format. File, retrieve, and manage controlled records according to procedures. Support internal and external audits and inspections. Identify and address gaps or nonconformances in documentation. Edit documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to standards. Assist in quality and process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Use Microsoft Office, Dynamics AX, and document control systems daily. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to type 60 wpm and manage electronic document systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Experience working in a regulated industry or with QA/QC documentation is a plus. Familiarity with basic CAD and technical drawing review is helpful. Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Work Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM
