Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of document control principles and related standards is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. Experience with SharePoint and InEight software is a plus. Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and plotters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Description:
This role involves managing project vendor contract documentation, processing requests via the document control inbox, and assisting with the development and maintenance of document workflows. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with internal teams, partners, and subcontractors. Maintain and organize project vendor contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Log, label, sort, file, store, and retrieve electronic and physical documents. Manage the document control inbox and process incoming requests. Track and distribute incoming and outgoing document transmittals accurately and promptly. Support the assessment and maintenance of document control work packages and client documentation procedures. Ensure documents are correctly labeled, version-controlled, and compliant with project standards. Assist in preparing and delivering document status reports to project teams. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate document control needs and support project efficiency. Assist in training team members on document control procedures and best practices. Communicate with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with documentation standards. Conduct audits of documentation processes and participate in corrective or preventive action items when required. Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Procurement Team or company leadership.
