Education:

Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Designers with preparation and issuance of Design Packages.
  • Create & communicate transmittals for Packages.
  • Serve as the administrator for the design tools such as BIM 360/AutoDesk software.
  • Store and maintain As Built Drawings in BIM360
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of documentation
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control processes
  • Perform data entry and data management tasks as needed
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
  • Support administrative tasks related to document processing and distribution
Experience:

3-5 years Industrial required.

  • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in using SharePoint or similar document management systems
  • Knowledge of records management principles and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to use quality management systems and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Qualifications
