Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Senior Technology Transfer Specialist to support Department of Defense (DoD) interactions with foreign defense and security establishments as part of US Army Security Cooperation activities. This is a full-time Government-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of U.S. Army positions related to the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries.

Staff technology transfer requests, as appropriate, with Army organizations.

Requires an expert knowledge of the United States and the Department of Defenses export control policies.

Support the Government with a working knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation and the Export Administration Regulation.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the DoDs Technology Security/Foreign Disclosure process and how to process exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy.

Must understand the requirements of the international export control regimes to which the United States is a signatory.
