We are currently seeking a Mobile Recruiter located in the Burlington, NJ. area. This position will require you to travel frequently to different parts of NJ. You may also be asked to travel out-of-state to support other branches of the company if necessary. This position reports directly to our People Operations Manager and requires you to be in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Source qualified applicants from job postings to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes & job applications Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to determine candidate aptness Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Assist with onboarding and new hire process Assist with employee compliance Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the contract security industry Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws & regulations Perform reference checks as needed Travel to assist in implementing contract security teams at client locations Develop training protocol & programs for contract security teams at client locations Administer standard operating procedures Assist in uniform compliance by delivering company uniforms, as needed.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
