We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Lead to support our operations across multiple sites in the U.S. Reporting to the Environmental Permitting Manager, this role is instrumental in upholding and advancing our environmental standards, ensuring we meet all regulatory and reporting requirements with excellence. Environmental Operations What You’ll Do:

Partner with Site Operations to address any environmental non-compliance issues and create effective Corrective Action Plans. Ensure seamless integration and adoption of compliance procedures and reporting at designated sites. Maintain current permits and licenses for all Care Centers. Prepare compliance calendars, summaries of permit requirements, and checklists. Support agency reporting (Federal/State), including inputs to our digital EHS system. Analyze and report on compliance status monthly in collaboration with Regional EHS Business Partners. Manage and track water usage and discharge reporting requirements. Build and maintain a central platform for all permits and licenses including air quality, waste transport/storage, and special medical waste. Maintain accurate hazardous waste inventories and ensure timely reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance, particularly in air quality regulation. Hands-on expertise in compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and permit interpretation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word a must. Emission inventory and environmental permitting experience strongly preferred.

Skills That Set You Apart:

Strong knowledge of state/provincial regulations and SOP development. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus. Confidence in presenting to internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Combination of office-based work and travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada. Occasional lifting (10+ lbs), bending, and repetitive motion. Some weekend or after-hours availability may be required to meet deadlines.
