Senior Director, Content Strategy and Execution RoleOverview:
BGB Group is seeking an experienced Senior Director,Content Strategy and Execution to lead the development,implementation, and management of modular content frameworks forour clients. This role will bridge modular content strategy,process development, and technology enablement to support lifescience brands in achieving greater content efficiency,personalization, and compliance. As the BGB expert in modularcontent, you will provide strategic guidance to both internal BGBteams and external pharma clients, ensuring the successful adoptionand execution of modular content practices. You will also helpdefine best practices, optimize workflows, and contribute tostaffing strategies for modular content development at BGB.
KeyResponsibilities:
Client Strategy & Enablement Advise clients onbest practices for modular content strategy, governance, andimplementation. Guide clients on the integration of platforms likeeWizard, Activator, Veeva Vault PromoMats and other technologycritical in a Modular Content framework Ensure seamless executionand regulatory compliance Provide thought leadership on how modularcontent can drive efficiency, increase personalization, andaccelerate speed-to-market. Lead training and onboarding for clientteams, helping them effectively utilize modular content workflowsand automation Work directly with client teams and their ContentLibrarians to manage modular content libraries FrameworkDevelopment & Process Optimization Define and implement scalablemodular content frameworks that align with industry standards andclient needs Establish best practices for content creation,modularization, approval workflows, and content reuse acrossmultiple brands Optimize modular content workflows within industrystandard tools to streamline development and regulatory approvalsCollaborate with client review teams to ensure modular contentprocesses align with legal requirements Internal Expertise & TeamDevelopment Provide strategic guidance to BGB leadership on how tostaff for modular content development, ensuring the right mix oftalent to support content strategy, technology, and execution Actas the internal SME (Subject Matter Expert) for modular content,helping educate and upskill BGB teams on best practices andemerging trends Collaborate with internal teams (creative,strategy, and technology) to optimize modular content workflows andautomation Partner with tech vendors and internal IT teams toensure seamless integration and adoption of modular content toolsTechnology & Innovation Drive the evolution of BGB’s modularcontent capabilities, identifying opportunities for automation,AI-driven workflows, and content personalization Stay ahead ofindustry trends, ensuring BGB remains at the forefront of modularcontent innovation in the pharma space
Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience in modular content strategy, technologyimplementation, and process optimization Deep understanding ofMaterial Authoring platforms such as eWizard and/or Activator, aswell as digital asset management systems like Veeva VaultPromomats, and/or other technology used in a modular contentframework Proven ability to advise pharmaceutical clients onmodular content best practices and workflow efficiency Strongbackground in training, onboarding, and enablement for both clientsand internal teams Experience defining scalable content frameworksthat balance efficiency, compliance, and creative flexibilityAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative,regulatory, technology, and strategy) to drive modular contentsuccess Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with theability to influence senior stakeholders and advocate for processimprovements
Salary Range:
$130,000-$170,000 The salary rangeprovided is for the Kansas City, MO hybrid position, which requiresoccasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hiremay expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in otherlocations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates.
Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors thatwe use to determine overall fit, including experience (both directand indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications,and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the totalrewards package offered at BGB Group.
