Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking an Aseptic Training Coordinator to join their team. As an Aseptic Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Environmental Control Aseptic Training Department supporting the training and development of employees in aseptic techniques. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

$28 per hour
What’s the Job?
Develop attainable training plans for new employees in Aseptic, Isolator, Sanitation, and EM Analyst roles.
Train new and existing employees on aseptic techniques, gowning procedures, and clean room behaviors.
Ensure existing colleagues maintain their certifications by scheduling and performing necessary training.
Plan and provide overall support for Aseptic Media Fills on the Training Line.
Work with cross-functional groups to enhance current training programs and materials.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree with experience in Environmental Monitoring (EM) or Aseptic processes in a manufacturing or lab setting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate and present training sessions effectively.
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance related to aseptic manufacturing.
Self-directed with the ability to make informed decisions impacting site operations.
Experience with
MODA/LIMS
electronic systems and familiarity with sanitation techniques is a plus.
