FUNCTION
Exempt. Responsible for providing technical support/assistance for both Perma-Fix field projects and Perma-Fix waste processing facilities for the Waste Services division of Perma-Fix Environmental. This person will be responsible for providing technical support/assistance to our customers and the Perma-Fix Waste Services Sales and Business Development (S&BD) team, and the Perma-Fix Field Services team in a timely and professional manner. Primary responsibility entails providing leadership, direction and assistance to our projects, customers, facilities and support staff. In addition, filling the role of Project Manager when necessary.
DUTIES:
Provide leadership, direction and assistance to our projects, customers, facilities and support staff. Provide on-site support at Customer facilities as required. Work with Operations Technical and Customer Service personnel to resolve issues related to customer-generated waste profiles for approval and acceptance at the facility. Resolve comments within the team and with the customer to ensure that waste profiles are accurate and complete. Assist in the drafting of technical proposal sections, and the pricing of the proposal. Provide technical interaction with other facility personnel serving in the radiation control, health, safety, regulatory compliance, and process engineering. Provide technical support to customers, Perma-Fix Nuclear Services, and the Perma-Fix sales team. Support business development teams in product and service development and implementation. Other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS
