Disaster Restoration/Water Damage Mitigation Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Chief to lead a small crew of technicians on disaster restoration jobs from start to finish. The Crew Chief will oversee water, fire and mold restoration projects and ensure efficient and effective service delivery to our residential and commercial customers, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform production work and supervise a crew of technicians.
Monitor assigned jobs start to finish.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
Respond to service calls.
Establish efficient job flow.
Coordinate job requirements.
Complete job documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in disaster restoration and water damage mitigation.
Excellent leadership and crew supervision skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
IICRC Certification is preferred. Benefits Competitive Base Pay ($20•25/hr)
