• Personal Fire Training allowance Minimum requirements:
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Possess an EVOC certificate of completion
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Current State of Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training Minimum Standards Firefighter Certification
• Current State of Florida EMT Certification for EMT
• Current State of Florida Paramedic Certification for PM
• Special Requirements Tobacco use: Shall be a non-user of tobacco products for at least one year immediately preceding application, as evidenced by the sworn affidavit of the applicant (XXXVI Florida Statute, Chapter 633, Section 34)
