un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Housing for Work Exchange (Orlando)  no pay I have a few properties that aren’t ready to rent yet, but they’re livable for the short term. Right now, I can only offer housing to men – not ideal, but it’s for safety reasons and not negotiable. I am able to work with a variety of different skills from construction (minor to major), domestic, office/admin, and more. The higher your skill level, the less hours you’d exchange. I’m offering private rooms in exchange for work. The amount of hours depend on your skills and experience. There may be a short 1-2 day paid trial to see how things go. Get along with others, do your work, and you can stay If you don’t, you go. If you’re currently without housing, I may be able to offer a temporary crash pad during that trial period. No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol. Recreational marijuana is okay, but only off-site. You will have plenty of time in the week to pickup side jobs and possibly paid work from me. I can also help bedding, food, transportation, shopping, etc. The common goal is to accomplish work I need completed and for you to have guaranteed housing so you can get other work and get ahead without stressing where you’re going to live.
