Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure adherence to company standards.

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST
Experience in call center operations and outbound calling
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Experience with MS Office
Degree or Veterans preferred but not required
Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously as well as utilizing different tools.
Must be located in Dallas/ Ft Worth TX area. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements Will be required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening.
